In order for us to consider meeting a competitive price it must be submitted by quote prior to placing an order with NetSigns. At that time we then decide if we want to meet the competitor price. 2. It must be the same item complete with all services provided to the finished product. 3. It cannot be purchased in pieces and compared with our finished product. Quantities Quantities shipped and billed will not always be identical with ordered quantities. Since all orders are custom made a + or - tolerance of 10% must be accepted. We have a release program at no cost to you; our release program makes it easy for you to order small quantities of name tags after your initial order Minimum initial order would be 50 name tags . On your initial order you name tags are place in inventory for later release, when you are ready to order just email the list of names and we will ship the same day or the next day. One of the benefits of using NetSigns is that we do not charge for reordering just 1 or 2 or 5 name tags as they are already in your inventory. We do not penalize you for only ordering 3 name tags. ART MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PC FORMAT RESIDENT SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator ACCEPTED MEDIA: 350 dpi or better (PC) PROVIDING FINISHED ARTWORK/LOGOS: Artwork and logos should be provided as Adobe Illustrator EPS files • Illustrator file fonts need to be converted to outlines. • If the files are Raster Images (such as a scanned image or picture), they need to be at least 350 dpi in CMYK mode (not RGB). • Photoshop EPS files need to be saved as 'Binary'. •IMPORTANT - Please do not send JPEG images, as these are compressed image files and will give blurry images when output to process printing. PROVIDING ARTWORK/LOGOS TO SCAN: Art should be clean of any smudges or wrinkles. Art cannot be smaller than the desired printing size. Note: if we are scanning an image to use - it can only look as good as the art provided, small text and detail will look blurred. FONTS: We accept Macintosh Postscript fonts - we do not accept True Type fonts. Please provide all used fonts. Be sure to include all printer and screen fonts. Please convert all Illustrator file fonts to outlines before sending. COLORS: We print in 4 color process. If you provide us with a PMS Color, we can match the color. Remember however, 4 color process is not the same color as a solid. When looking through a PMS color swatch book guide, be sure that it is the process color you are wanting to match. Spot colors, such as metallics, are available at a significantly higher cost. BLACKS: Please make all black logos, borders, backgrounds, and headlines a rich black. We find a mix of C-40, M-30, Y-30, K-100 works best with our process. BLEEDS: All magnets require a 1/8" bleed both inside and outside of the document.
