Artwork Charges Artwork charges may be necessary if additional time is required to bring artwork up to acceptable standards. We bill artwork charges at $75.00 hour with a minimum charge of 30 minutes. Electronic Name Lists Name lists must be provided in an Excel spreadsheet or Word document on disk or via e-mail. This is the best way to avoid spelling errors. Names will be imprinted just as you type them. Proofs Electronic proofs are emailed to you. We do not proof names, layouts only. Bleeds If your design prints to the edge, allow an excess .125" beyond the product for printing the bleed. Color Matching Process Color (CMYK = Cyan. Magenta, Yellow, blacK) For PMS colors please specify colors from the Pantone Solid to Process swatch book or the Pantone Process swatch book Neon and metallic colors are not available on Digital Products Spec Samples An actual preproduction sample of a product will incur appropriate setup charges. Preproduction samples are produced in our normal production time. Any artwork and setup charges will be billed with sample charges.
